Attendees of the Oregon Star Party may register ahead of time or on site.

Food Service
Hillside Catering will provide Star Dinners nightly.
Star Dinners will be served nightly on-site
Please register your Star Dinners so our caterer can get a number for how many dinners they need to prepare.
Tuesday Menu – Tacos – Adults $25 Youth (10 and under $15)
Tacos – Beef, Chicken, Pork & all the fixins. Even nachos
Wednesday Menu – – Adults $25 Youth (10 and under $15)
Comfort Food – Burgers, hotdogs, chilli cheese fries, brots, baked potato bar, & fries
Thursday Dinner – Adults $25 Youth (10 and under $15)
Greek Night – Gyros, Greek salad and sides
Friday menu – – Adults $30 Youth (10 and under $15)
Chinese & Sushi – Orange Chicken, Sweet & Sour, General Tso, sides, California Roll, Shrimp Roll, Crab Roll, Spicy Tuna (All are cooked protein)
Saturday Menu – – Adults $30 Youth (10 and under $15)
Pulled Pork, Baby Back Ribs, Brisket, BBQ Chicken and all the fixings

Hillside Catering offers services for 2025
We are excited to share with you our food service vendor will be offering more food services.
They will have services all day and into the night.
All dinners are All-You-Can-Eat.
Youth are ages 7-14.
An Espresso barista will be on duty all day and into the night.

Refund Policy
Oregon Star Party, Inc. (OSP) will refund the full registration amount of all pre-purchased registration fees, apparel and food items if:
- If the request is made within 21 days after close of early registration June 5th,
- The request is made by the original purchaser,
- The request is made by email.
Approval of requests made after the close of early registration are at the discretion of OSP management.
All refunds will be made through Eventbrite.
