When you register early, you pay less, can order merchandise in your size and meals of your choice

Catered Lunches & Dinners

Lunches and Star Dinners will be served Wednesday thru Saturday, on-site
When you register for your meal, some will have choices of main courses. Please pick one choice on your registration. This gives Bowtie a number for how many main coursees for lunches and dinners they need to prepare.

Refund Policy

Oregon Star Party, Inc. (OSP) will refund the full registration amount of all pre-purchased registration fees, apparel and PRE ORDERED meals if:

  • If the request is made BEFORE the close of early registration on June 24th,
  •  The request is made by the original purchaser,
  •  The request is made by email.

Approval of requests made after the close of early registration on June 24th are at the discretion of OSP management.

All refunds will be made 21 days after close of the event.
