Food Service
Hillside Catering will provide Star Dinners nightly.
Please register your Star Dinners so our caterer can get a number for how many dinners they need to prepare.
Star Dinners will be served nightly on-site
Tuesday Menu – Tacos – Adults $25 Youth (10 and under $15)
Beef, chicken and pork with all the fixings.
Wednesday Menu – Comfort Food: Burgers, hot dogs, chili cheese fries, Brats, baked potato bar, fries
– Adults $25 Youth (10 and under $15)
Thursday Dinner – Greek Night – Gyros, Greek salad and sides
– Adults $25 Youth (10 and under $15)
Friday menu – Asian Night – Orange Chicken, Sweet & Sour, General Tso’s Chicken and all the fixings
– Adults $30 Youth (10 and under $15)
Saturday Menu – Pulled Pork, Baby Back Ribs, Brisket, BBQ Chicken and all the fixings

Hillside Catering offers more services this year
We are excited to share with you our food service vendor will be offering more food services.
They will have services all day and into the night.
An Espresso barista will be on duty all day and into the night.

Refund Policy
Oregon Star Party, Inc. (OSP) will refund the full registration amount of all pre-purchased registration fees, apparel and food items if:
- The request is made before the close of early registration,
- The request is made by the original purchaser,
- The request is made by email or other written communication.
Approval of requests made after the close of early registration are at the discretion of OSP management.
All refunds will be made by check, and will be mailed 2 weeks following the close of the current Oregon Star Party event.
