2008 VENDOR INFORMATION

2008 Vendor Registration HERE
Note that the USFS charge in 2008 is $95.

You must be registered as a vendor if you plan to sell or promote products or items at the Oregon Star Party. The National Forest Service assesses an $95 fee on all vendors. We collect this fee from the Vendors and pay it directly to the USFS.

Because the USFS charges vendors and $95 we will credit vendors with two free adult registrations (additional registration fees are extra).

The Vendors who pre-registered before August 1st are guaranteed a site on Vendor's Row. Onsite registration is available also and there is usually room left on Vendor's Row for those who are not pre-registered. We also provide additional promotion for those vendors who pre-register in advance!

For those Vendors who pre-registered before August 1st OSP will place your business name and a link to your website on our "Vendors" web page and inside the registration packet information that goes to all who register. For those Vendors who register on-site we will place your business name and a link to your website on our "Vendors" page after OSP, which will remain up through the 2009 registration.

Vendors are urged to donate to the door prizes. If you indicate that you will donate towards the door prizes before August 1st, you will also be listed on the web site Donors page and inside the registration packet information that goes to all who register. For those Vendors who donate on-site we will place your business name and a link to your website on our "Donors" page after OSP, which will remain up through the 2009 registration.

However, we will always be most happy to accept door prizes, even onsite at any time.

We will also acknowledge all donors individually when the door prizes are awarded on Saturday afternoon.

If you need a tent, tables and chairs we have arranged a special deal with our tent supplier
They will deliver them TUESDAY to OSP and set them up for you.
